Right Now Residential: Surge of Inquiries from First-Time Buyers with Social-Driven Video Strategy
The Brief
Right Now Residential, in partnership with Dorrington, wanted a video to showcase their latest development, Walworth Village. The goal was not only to highlight the homes but also to capture the local area and its amenities, appealing to young, professional first-time buyers.
Our Approach
We created a presenter-led walkthrough video, where a friendly guide took viewers through the properties and the surrounding area, making it more engaging and relatable for the target audience. The content was designed for social media, with additional vertical format videos to further enhance reach and engagement.
The Result
The strategy paid off, with the video generating a surge in social media engagement and inquiries. Most notably, the video directly led to the sale of a property, delivering tangible results for the client.
